The art of making wine
Guided by years of experience, our winemaker Lee Williams brings together instinct, expertise, and a unique dual perspective as both grower and winemaker. From tasting grapes in the vineyard to careful sorting and extended aging in oak barrels, every step of the winemaking process is approached with precision and thoughtful attention to detail. After 12-18 months in oak barriques, the wine is bottled and cellared for a minimum of 6 months before it’s release to our wine club and customers.
