The art of making wine
Guided by years of experience, our winemaker Lee Williams combines intuition and technical knowledge with the combined perspective of grower and winemaker. From tasting grapes to sorting and extended aging in oak barrels, each stage of the winemaking process uses the same meticulous consideration and attention to detail. After 12-18 months, the wine is bottled and held for a minimum of 6 months before it’s release to our wine club and customers.
